Developing the Design with a First Time Hat Buyer

After receiving the physical sample, the client gave positive feedback on the shape, PU leather texture and stitching. The requested changes were a slight adjustment to the logo size and two head circumference options, 60 cm and 62 cm.

We revised the sample and shared photos for approval before bulk production. The client then confirmed 50 pieces in each size. This gave the new line two size options within a 100-piece opening order.

Production and Delivery to the UK

For this project, production was completed and the bulk order dispatched within two weeks. The hats arrived in the UK roughly three weeks after order placement.
