Fuanger completed a 50-piece custom baseball cap order for a client in Spain. The project combined nylon selected for quick drying and water resistance with perforated panels, embroidered logos on the front and rear strap, and different terry fabrics for the sweatband and brim.
The physical sample helped the client refine the appearance before production. After giving positive feedback on the sample quality, the client changed the original gray-and-blue color scheme to a white cap with a light gray logo. We confirmed the revised specification before producing the 50 caps.

Physical sample review followed by color revision |
Finished white nylon baseball caps with perforated panels. Client logos are obscured.
The client wanted a lightweight cap for outdoor use, with quick-drying and water-resistant properties. We selected nylon for the outer fabric and incorporated perforated panels into the design to provide ventilation.
During sampling, we worked through the fabric, color, logo method and cap construction. The client could then assess these choices together on a physical cap, including how the material and embroidery looked as a finished piece.
Fabric swatches supplied with the project record.
The client was satisfied with the sample quality and workmanship but wanted a different color combination after seeing the cap in person. We revised the cap body and logo colors to match that feedback.

The change was made before final production. It allowed the client to settle the appearance of the order using the sample as a reference.
The final design used white nylon and light gray embroidery on the front. We confirmed the updated color scheme with the client before moving ahead with the 50-piece order.
Sample and finished cap views showing front and rear logo positions. Client logos are obscured.
The front logo was only one of the branding positions in this project. The client also requested logo embroidery on the rear adjustment strap, carrying the design around to the back of the cap.
The closure used a hook-and-loop strap so the wearer could adjust the fit. Both the closure construction and the rear logo were included in the agreed specification, alongside the front embroidery and fabric color.
The client specified different terry fabrics for the sweatband and the brim. This required separate material choices for those parts of the cap, in addition to the nylon outer fabric.
Terry fabric was used for the interior sweatband with comfort in mind. A different terry fabric was selected for the brim to give that part of the design a different feel and construction.
