A 50-piece custom cap project for a client in Spain. Fuanger revised the colors after sample review and combined water-resistant nylon, front and rear embroidery, and different terry fabrics for the sweatband and brim.

Fuanger supported an Eastern European retailer with small custom hat batches. A later 450-piece order combined silicone patch caps with a new design requiring artwork alignment across the brim and crown panels.

Fuanger produced 100,000 custom embroidered baseball caps in six colors for a paint company. After sample revisions and pre-production approval, bulk production was completed in about two months and packed into one 40-foot container.
