Fuanger produced and delivered 100,000 custom embroidered baseball caps in six colors for a large paint company. The project began with a comparison of different cap structures, fabrics, logo techniques and closures rather than a single fixed specification. After evaluating the first physical samples and our quotations, the customer selected a six-panel cap made from 100% cotton, with front embroidery, a metal adjustable buckle and a sandwich brim. The order then increased from an initial 20-foot-container requirement to one 40-foot container.
As a custom hat manufacturer in Xiamen, China, Fuanger managed the project from sample development and color matching through bulk production, packing, customs documentation and coordination with the customer’s logistics team. The customer’s identity and logo are concealed in the photographs for confidentiality.

The customer found Fuanger through Google while looking for a supplier capable of supporting a high-volume promotional cap project. At the beginning, the buyer had not yet finalized the most suitable fabric, cap construction, logo method or back closure. The first stage therefore focused on giving the customer physical options that could be compared alongside our quotations.
For the first sample round, we prepared five caps covering multiple combinations:
This comparison allowed the customer to evaluate appearance, hand feel, structure, branding effect and price before committing to a large production order.
First-round samples used to compare different fabrics, cap structures, logo techniques and closures. The customer logo has been pixelated for confidentiality.
From the initial discussion, the customer emphasized that the embroidery thread colors needed to match the colors in the supplied logo as closely as possible. Maintaining recognizable brand colors was important because the caps would be used as corporate promotional merchandise.
During sampling, our team reviewed the logo artwork, selected corresponding embroidery thread colors and checked the appearance of the finished embroidery on different cap fabrics and colors. The customer received the physical samples and was satisfied with both the embroidery quality and the color presentation.
After comparing embroidery with heat transfer, the customer chose embroidery for the final order because it provided the preferred overall appearance and long-term branding effect for the promotional caps.
After reviewing the first sample set and the different quotations, the customer finalized the bulk-order specification:
Because the final design differed from several of the first-round comparison samples, Fuanger produced a second sample set covering all six requested colors. Detailed photos and videos were shared with the customer so that the cap shape, embroidery, fabric color, closure and sandwich-brim detail could be reviewed together.

The customer was satisfied with the final samples and increased the purchasing plan from the quantity expected for a 20-foot container to the quantity required for a 40-foot container. The confirmed bulk order reached 100,000 caps in six colors.
Demand was concentrated in the customer’s two main brand colors:
The customer could compare alternatives, confirm the final specification and expand the order with greater confidence.
Once the final samples, quantities and color allocation were approved, Fuanger prepared the cotton fabric, embroidery threads, metal buckles, brim materials, packing materials and production schedule for the bulk order.
The production team followed the approved samples through the main manufacturing stages:
Particular attention was given to embroidery placement, thread-color consistency, cap shape, sandwich-brim alignment, closure installation and correct packing quantities for each color. The approved physical samples remained the reference for production and final inspection.
Bulk production was completed in approximately two months. After the caps were inspected and packed, the full order was loaded into one 40-foot container.
During customs clearance and delivery, Fuanger’s team worked directly with the customer’s logistics team, providing and coordinating the required shipment information and customs documents. The cooperation helped the container complete clearance and reach the customer successfully.
The finished order included 100,000 six-panel cotton caps in six approved colors. Fuanger coordinated the shipment information and customs documents with the customer’s logistics team through delivery. The customer reported satisfaction with the samples, embroidery quality, logo colors and overall cooperation.
